The more than 700 years old Zinnowitz is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom and has a special and unique flair with its 1993 newly designed lakeside promenade and the pier. The immediate area is characterized by a lot of forest, which invites to hiking. There are plenty of shops for everyday needs, but there are also chic boutiques that invite you to stroll. Further attractions include the open-air stage with the annual Vineta Festival, the theater Blechbüchse, the cinema and the Bernsteintherme with its 850 m² large saltwater pool and numerous spa services. Zinnowitz is the only one of the large spa towns also has a harbor on the backwaters, from which boat trips are offered in summer. Also the beach itself offers everything that makes a sea vacation appealing with beach and water sports options. The length of the sandy beach ensures that also peace-seeking holidaymakers are not neglected. The central location of the place on the island, which is also reflected in the clash of the lines of the Usedomer Bäderbahn, provides an excellent starting point for excursions to all parts of the island. Zinnowitz is well integrated into the network of cycle paths on the island. The apartment is located in the attic of the residential complex on Glienbergweg (built in: 1994) with a total of 30 residential units. It consists of two houses with a total of 30 residential units, including some permanent residents. The park-like large garden with old trees is available for general use. On the parking lot in front of each apartment is assigned to a separate parking space. In 2018 we renewed the bathroom and the flooring in the living area. The apartment is comfortably furnished as Non smoking apartment and bright with many windows. The large windows and the door to the loggia are equipped with double pleated blinds which allow either sun / privacy or blackout. The insect screen door to the balcony provides an insect-free ventilation, for the roof windows are projecting protective grids available. The apartment has all the amenities you need on holiday to feel comfortable. Especially for our little guests, we have provided with buggy, cot, children's dishes, high chairs for small and very small children, etc. But even adult guests do not have to be bored in bad weather. Games, books, TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and a Blue-ray / DVD / CD player are available. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
