The space
This beautiful luxury condo is located within an apartment complex building in Mansion Flats Sacramento.

The unit features:
- 2 Bedrooms (Both bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed).
- 1 Bathroom.
- A desk and office chair for remote work.
- A full kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials.
- Dining area.
- Living room/ entertainment area features a sectional sofa/bed.
- Closet stocked with extra towels, blankets, air mattresses and bed sheets.
- Amenities included, hair dryer, ironing board and steam iron, hangers, vacuum, cleaning supplies.
- Washer/Dryer in apartment complex is shared amenity is located in 2nd level above the parking lot gate.
- Parking included for 1 vehicle.

Guest access
-Guests will have complete, private access to the condo and shared access to the building’s amenities.
-The unit is located on the second floor and there is only staircase access.
-Free parking and meter parking is available within the building surroundings.
Other things to note
In order to maintain our high quality listing and remain in good standing with our neighbors, all guests MUST comply with the property rules:
- No parties, events, or loud music
- No pets
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No additional guests, unless approved by host
