Apartment 2:
House Reich Apartment 2 With few exceptions, apartments 1 and 2 are very similar. This friendly 3-room apartment is also on the first floor of the house, but on the left. The spacious living area is equipped with an integrated kitchen. In addition, the apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom. A carpeted floor creates a cozy atmosphere in living rooms and bedrooms. The living area leads to the south-facing balcony of the apartment, and you can also use the common garden of Haus Reich. This apartment is also ideal for vacationing with friends as well as for family vacations with children. For the little ones, we are happy to provide you with a baby bed and a high chair. Four-legged friends are also very welcome here. The living area offers enough space for you and your loved ones. You can really relax on the armchair and the comfortable couch. For your entertainment you have a flat screen TV with DVD player and a CD player with radio. Our dining area with table and chairs is used for eating, chatting or playing. There are also cupboards in the living area. The kitchenThe built-in kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers everything you need for cooking in your own four walls. In addition to a stove with two hot plates and a refrigerator, there is also a dishwasher. What else the kitchen contains, please refer to our detailed equipment list. The small bedroomThis cozy bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed. A wardrobe also offers enough space for the well-equipped holidaymaker. The large bedroomThis beautiful bedroom is furnished with two single beds. As in bedroom 1, you will also find a wardrobe and seating. Both bedrooms naturally have bedside tables and bedside lamps. The bathroomThe bright bathroom has a shower cubicle, a toilet and a sink. A mirror cabinet and a base cabinet are available for your cosmetics. Balcony & garden As tenant of apartment 2, you can access your private balcony from the living area. Seating is available for you here. Adults and children can also relax and play in the in-house garden. Here you have a beach chair, garden furniture and sun loungers.

Welcome to the Reich House! Our beautiful holiday home is located in Westerland in a quiet residential area. From here you can easily walk to the beach and the center of Westerland by bike.   In our typical red clinker brick building we house four pretty holiday apartments.   Apartment 1 and apartment 2 are located on the first floor. Each can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Our garden bungalow, apartment 3, offers 2 people a small, cozy holiday home. Apartment 4 is on the ground floor and can accommodate 6 people. All four apartments have a private outdoor area. In addition, the house is surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, here too all our holiday guests are welcome to stay and relax a little. Children and children are very welcome with us. Small children and babies before their third birthday live with us free of charge. You can pre-order a baby bed with bed linen and a high chair from us. Dogs are warmly welcome in Haus Reich - only after prior agreement. A dog costs € 10 per night. There is also a popular dog beach near Haus Reich. Tourist tax Since 2010 we Sylt vacation apartment owners have been obliged to issue the guest cards (tourist tax) for our tenants and to collect the fee for this. The visitor's tax is € 3.20 per guest (from 18 years) and overnight stay from May-October and € 1.60 per night from November-April. The city tax is collected on behalf of and for the account of the municipality. Your spa cards will be given to you when you hand over the keys.
