Finca with fantastic sea views, pool and dream garden in prime location near Arta

This finca gem is located between the mountains and the sea, surrounded by a lovingly landscaped botanical garden. Several terraces invite you to enjoy the magnificent sea view over the bay of Alcudia in peace and quiet. Colonia de Sant Pere with its beautiful beach promenade and shopping facilities is very close by.

First floor:
Here you will find the large living room with fireplace, TV and a grand piano, which musical guests are welcome to play. The open dining room has a passageway to the fully equipped kitchen, which has an exit to the terrace. Next to it is a bathroom with shower. The finca is also suitable for seminars and yoga groups. On request, the large living room can be equipped with yoga mats (12), cushions and blankets or seating (15). A flipchart and flat screen for presentations can also be provided.
The owner lives in a separate house on the huge property, so there is a contact person on site for all questions. The house, pool and garden are for the exclusive use of guests.

Second floor:
There are three bedrooms with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm), one of which is the large master bedroom with sofa suite, TV and desk. The other two bedrooms have access to the terrace and conservatory. Next to it is the second bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Outdoor area:
The finca is surrounded by a botanical garden paradise. Various terraces and the beautiful barbecue area by the pool invite you to linger. The sea is only 100 m away. In the small rocky bay you can go into the water with bathing shoes. There are numerous mountain bike and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, e.g. to Colonia Sant Pere along the coast, to Betlem or into the mountains of the Llevant nature reserve. In Colonia de Sant Pere you can hire kayaks to explore the coast.

Pool:
5 m x 12 m, depth: 200 cm shallow, stair access, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower by the pool, cleaning with chlorine, separate, shallow children's area.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. Arrivals are only possible on Saturdays. The minimum stay is 7 nights.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. intermediate cleaning, every 7th day.
