Bodden sun:
The sun rises over the Saaler Boden, the landscape is enveloped in wonderful light. You have arrived in your Boddensonne holiday apartment. Enjoy the morning sun on the 5 m² balcony. Start the day at a table with two chairs or in one of the sun loungers. The main building in which the 3-room apartment is located, the Wustrow Maritime School, was built between 1847 and 1849 and used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. The stylish and modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is located on the 2nd Upper floor and is accessible via an elevator. Via the hall, equipped with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you reach the large light-flooded living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs. The modern living area is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. The bedrooms are bright and friendly decorated in a beach house style. In both bedrooms you will find box spring beds (180cm x 200cm) with bedside tables and night lamps, 32 inch flat screen TVs and a wardrobe. A safe in one of the wardrobes is available for your valuables. The second bedroom is a master bedroom (inside) and is very conveniently separated from the living area by a sliding door. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living area. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. The NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. The design floor covering laid throughout the entire living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect, and underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in all areas of the apartment. The two bathrooms are stylishly furnished with modern tiles in warm tones and have a walk-in shower, a large vanity with base cabinet and a towel radiator. A washer dryer is available in the adjacent storage room. The rental office, a vending machine and the bread service are located in the main building. An outdoor parking space can be booked for your apartment. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room.
