The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The 77 m² 2-room apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the newly built beach house apartment building, next to the main building. You can easily reach your apartment with an elevator. In the entrance area of the apartment you will find a large wardrobe with storage space for shoes and clothes. The adjoining living area lets you quickly calm down, thanks to the harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area looks bright and friendly. The apartment has underfloor heating.
