Enjoy wonderful vacation days between the Baltic Sea and Bodden and relax in the beach house-style apartment Captain's Suite. Located between the Baltic Sea and the lagoon landscape, there are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area on foot. The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 73m ² apartment on the 1st floor is accessible via an elevator and convinces with a beautiful east balcony, its two bathrooms and the master bedroom (inside). The 5m ² balcony to the side of the bay is accessible through the bedroom and living room. It has a table with two chairs and two comfortable sun loungers for an unforgettable view of the surroundings. From here you can see the picturesque town of Wustrow with its different roofs. Enter your comfortably furnished apartment through an entrance area with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a large mirror. The 3-room holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The living area with its cozy sofa and armchairs invites you to spend relaxing hours together. The harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect, while underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in all areas of the apartment. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe in the apartment. The fully equipped NOLTE kitchen is separated from the living room and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. With numerous cooking accessories, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for every amateur cook. This is complemented by a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. Next to the kitchen area is a usable storage room in which a washer dryer is available. The light-flooded bedroom is designed in a modern beach house style. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps and the armchair fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. Wake up to the rising sun and enjoy the sea air in the early morning. The captain's bedroom, in the middle of the room, has the same equipment and is very conveniently separated from the living area by a double door. Both bathrooms impress with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. An outdoor parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
