This second-story unit comes with access to 2 parking paid parking passes, a large balcony, pool access, and an outdoor shower to stop by and wash your feet and belongings off on your way back from the beach. Public beach access is across the parking lot and less than a 3-minute walk to the beach.
This condo only has 2 levels so you can enjoy being on the second floor without guests above you.
