Welcome! Whether you're here for retreat or for game-day fun we've provided a peaceful, stylish space to unwind, recharge, and enjoy all that Athens and Watkinsville have to offer.

Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine or beer in your own private garden complete with adirondak chairs and fire pit after the game, or cozy up next to the fireplace for a relaxing night in after a day of fun around town.

It's our joy to create an unforgettable stay for you in our little garden getaway!

The private guest suite is located on the lower level of our home. Walk around the front of the house to the private garden and patio area with a private entrance with keypad entry. Upon entering, you will see a small dinette set and a cozy and colorful living space with fireplace. Down the hall is the queen-size guest bedroom and around the corner is the breakfast kitchenette and full bath.

NOTES:
- BREAKFAST KITCHENETTE: There is a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and lots of coffee goodies provided for you! We do not have a stove or oven and no kitchen sink. We will provide a "bus bucket" that you can place dirty dishes in and place outside so we can clean them and return them to you. We have provided dish soap and sponges for cleaning cups and plates that have been wiped clean in the bathroom sink.

- KIDDOS: the guest bedroom can also accommodate an infant or small child sleeping in a portable crib. (pack-n-play provided)

It should be noted that we do occupy the home in the floors above, along with our two children. We value your privacy as well as our own. We will make ourselves scarce, but you may hear us from time to time as we live our life as we do "share" the home with you even though we each have our own private spaces.

We've created the space to allow you to feel as much autonomy as humanly possible. Should you need anything at all, we are only a call, text, or knock away!
