Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The unit was lacking furniture on the patio. It slept six but only four chairs outside. The bathrooms were filthy, had mold, and we had to clean the air conditioner vents, and the windows you could not see out because they were so filthy the blinds we were nervous to open because they were on the verge of breaking. One of the bedrooms doesn’t even have a blind on one of the windows and required us installing a cardboard panel to have it dark enough to sleep. Was not enough cutlery in the kitchen only five forks when it slept six we had to buy equipment for the kitchen no sheets to cook in the oven and the icemaker is in need of repair as it could not keep up the balcony could use a deep cleanBut above all this, it was very discerning to see paperwork in the pantry regarding the property. In foreclosure, we were afraid that our vacation would be cancelled and we would be evicted at a moments notice. Also, although there was plenty of towels, there was a lack of blankets for the beds it was very awkward, trying to make the twin beds when there were no twin sheets in the apartmentAn extra key fob for the pool area would’ve been handy for six peopleOverall, it was a nice apartment, but it needed some TLC
