This small town offers a number of shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries making it a perfect spot for a get away. Our house is one block from the Down Town square, making it a very easy, pleasant walk to the entire town.

Our location makes everything in Johnson city walkable. We also recommend several winery tours that offer rides around the wineries.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
—No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone.
—No parties, events, or large gatherings. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
