Studio Overlooking Keystone Lake and Surrounding Mountains, Private Balcony

This quaint studio sleeps four across a Queen bed and a brand new, Queen sleeper sofa. This second-floor unit also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the lake. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

Once inside, the foyer offers two storage closets for guest use. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity area for convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and wood-burning fireplace to cozy up inside by. The sofa is brand new and folds out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well as a recliner with a foot-rest.

The Queen bed is nestled by the windows offering a serene view during the day of Keystone Lake. Natural light is easy to come by as the far wall next to the bed is taken over by large windows exposing beautiful mountain views and lake views. Next to the bed guests can access the private balcony. The private balcony overlooks the Keystone Lake and surrounding mountain views.

The fully stocked kitchen also has granite countertops as well as a refrigerator with an ice-maker, full sized oven for home cooked meals, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Utensils and cookware are available for guest use. The dining room seats four.

Good except for sofa mattress
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This review would be strong except that the mattress was poor on the sofa bed. So instead of supposedly sleeping 4 in the unit, only the window bed had an adequate mattress. This was very disappointing, and a problem.

The condo was as expected and nice with the major exception that the sofa bed mattress was terrible. I rented the unit with the expectation that my young adult son would sleep fine on the sofa bed. Sleeping for 4 was advertised, but only the window bed mattress was adequate. We put the sofa bed mattress on the floor and used additional covers under the sheets to make it even partially adequate. This was very disappointing given the price of the unit and advertisement for sleeping options. Do not expect anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. The unit sleeps 2 on the window mattress only.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient.
Very clean and spacious studio. Had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Was extremely convenient to have the Keystone shuttle pickup right out the front door. Made for an excellent, and very relaxing, vacation enjoying the Keystone slopes.

Horribly dry & loud & barely internet working
No one called us back and there was barely internet. Couldn’t have a computer and cellphone on the wifi a once. There was only 16mgb I have photos. Completely disappointed at the lack of customer service from summit and hoa and internet provider. Plus we couldn’t breathe and if we left window open, the bar was loud. Didn’t know bar was there.

Great vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location, had all the amenities you need, comfortable, and just easy to access. Plenty things around to do, eat, and shop. We had our two little kids and they loved the bed by the window. It was pretty quite during our stay and very peaceful. We definitely took advantage of the wood fireplace while it snowed outside. We would stay here again. The bathroom sink was a little slow to drain, but that is hardly anything. Just worth mentioning so it can be looked at.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
