This is a super fun spacious home with 6 bedrooms & 3 full baths that fit up to 19 in 8 beds & 2 queen-sized sofa beds. Lots of amenities like a pool table, hot tub, football table, fire pit, corn hole, a beautiful deck on the second floor, Netflix, HD TV, & a fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located to beaches and a vast array, of fun shops and delectable seafood restaurants. Soul Grind coffee shop, Taco Bell Cantina, and many more conveniences are just a stone's throw away!
Pet Fee and Rules:
Our standard pet fee of $550 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property. The backyard is fully fenced.

Hot Tub Cleaning:
Hot tub has weekly maintenance schedule.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $40 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
