Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

From your 14th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook a 1700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a brand new living room sofa sleeper.
