Looking for a cool place for relax with your family or friends, well we have you covered. Our three-bedroom home is located in the quiet Austin suburb of Pflugerville and best of all it comes with a heated pool. The other benefit to staying in our home is our location to everything Austin. We are centrally located giving you access to Kalahari Resort, Dell Diamond, and the Typhoon Texas Waterpark. Our home comes equipped with high speed internet so it's also perfect as a home office.

Our single story three - bedroom home is approximately 1500 sq ft and features a beautiful pool and backyard. The inside of the home is comfortable with an open concept living space to allow everyone to socialize and conversate all in the same location.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

Swimming pool: the pool can be heated at an additional fee of $125 per day. Please let us know 24 HOURS in advance if you would like the heater on.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
