Welcome to our Newly Listed Luxury 5 Bed, 7 Bath, South Facing Pool Villa located in the quiet gated community of VistaPark. Every bedroom in this extremely large home has its own bathroom! There are two living areas downstairs, formal dinning room and the Kitchen Nook, so this home has more than enough space to accommodate 10 people

We are only 15 mins from Disney, 5 mins to great Shops, Entertainment and restaurants at Sunset Walk.

This home is newly furnished and has all the necessary things to make your family’s vacation perfect. The Owners have added their personal touch to this Villa so it feels like a home! All Bedrooms are fitted with White Duvet covers which are removed and professionally washed after each rental so all duvet comforters are clean for the next guests

All rooms have ceiling fans, Roku smart or Samsung TV's, private bathroom with jetted tub or shower and the Games Room has a Games Machine, Pool table and Air Hockey Table!

The South Facing Pool has sun all day & is wonderful to relax on the lounging chairs after your long days at the park. The pool and Spa can be heated for an additional charge of $35 during the colder months . There is a Large Propane Gas Grill on the pool deck and this can be rented for $55 for your entire stay also.

The fully furnished Kitchen has everything you need if you are planning on cooking and their is a Dual Keurig Coffee machine with a Coffee pot so you can also brew your ground coffee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings with pets or animals as the owners of this home suffers with severe asthma and allergies, and their visit their home regularly when it is not rented.

VistaPark is a small community so even though we encourage you to fully enjoy yourself at the pool, please bear in mind your neighbors, and loud music and noise must stop at 9pm during the week and 11pm on weekends. Parking is not allowed on the grass areas. This home has parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway.

Minimum age to book this Villa is 21 year old.

Pool and Spa heat is $35 per day

BBQ Grill Fee is $55 ( for the use of the grill, when the propane tank is empty, you can refill it at the nearby Walmart for $15)
