Functional and fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Nice dining area and work space. Porch with patio furniture for eating and sitting outside. Attractive and recently repainted exterior. Nice neighborhood, 10-min walk from downtown. Off-street parking available in the alley close to entrance at a first come, first serve basis. For stays longer than two weeks, we require biweekly cleaning. This is paid out of pocket by guest and not included in fee. This is to maintain the apartment and keep up on build-up.
