Tucked into a residential neighborhood right across the street from John S. Taylor Park, you'll find this spacious, family-friendly home, ideal for multi-family or group vacations! You'll discover Taylor Lake, a waterfront bike path, and playground equipment for the kids at the park. When it's time to explore further afield, the home is just north of all the shopping and dining on Ulmerton Road and a little over three miles from Belleair Beach. Indian Rocks and Clearwater Beach are easy drives as well.

Spend hours relaxing in the enclosed backyard, featuring a private pool, hot tub, shady seating area, hammocks, a grill, and a patio table for alfresco dining. Inside, you'll find 2,500 square feet of space to spread out. The open, multi-level floor plan incorporates two living rooms, a dining area, and the expansive, full kitchen boasting tons of counter space and stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge.

After a day at the beach, cool off in the central air-conditioning while you toss the day's beach clothes in the convenient washer/dryer for a refresh. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, and a sound dock for music. Play a board game at the dining table, or head back to the pool for more fun in the sun.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
