Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide space and privacy for couples or families. The Queen bedroom features an ocean view. A sliding door creates a bed/bath suite. The garden side bedroom can be arranged as a King-sized bed OR two Twin-XLs. (Please request at time of booking). Use the sleeper sofa, with its new custom memory foam mattress, to accommodate up to two more guests. Located across the street from some of Maui’s most desirable stretches of sand, this lovely condo is just steps to snorkeling, boogie boarding, SUP, and strolling along the 1.5 miles of connecting Kamaole beaches.

**The Maui Coast Hotel is in the process of expanding its accommodations next door, which will continue into 2023. When completed there will be even more shops and restaurants within walking distance. The work will be happening Mon-Fri 7am to 4 pm.

Enjoy a tropical home away from home.  This top-floor unit is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Kihei. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to feed the family.  Grocery and food deliveries are also easy options. 
 
Guests will find an assortment of items they need for beach days with chairs, umbrella, large and small coolers, sand toys, and a wagon to carry it all. For evenings at home, the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Ultra-large capacity-sized washer and dryer make laundry easy and convenient. Split air conditioning allows individual climate control for each room. 4K Samsung televisions provide TV and streaming entertainment choices. The complex also features a swimming pool and hot tub open from 8:30 AM to 10 PM. Several gas grills are available for guest use.

This comfortable condo is a quick drive to some of the island’s most appealing places. Wailea Shopping Center, Maui Brewing Company, multiple internationally renowned golf courses, Maui Wave Riders, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, and much more.

Spend your days exploring the amazing things Maui has to offer. Return to relaxing and refreshing accommodations. Enjoy a tropical drink on the lanai. Challenge each other to a game or try the ukulele. High-speed internet makes remote work possible.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, and roaches simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guests spot more than the normally expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.
