Come stay at our newly renovated 4 bedroom private home nicely tucked away in the majestic Pocono mountains in a peaceful, quiet community. Whether going skiing, hiking, golfing, wine tasting, shopping, or just hanging out, our home is centrally located and has the vibe you're looking for with all the necessities needed to have a memorable getaway with family or friends! Our home and area includes:

-4 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 8 total beds to fit up to 14 people
-New hot tub with jets
-Fully stocked game room with a pool table, a dart board, air hockey, a poker set, and board games
-Outdoor fire pit with seating area and hammock
-Comfy theater room with video game consoles and games included
-Strong Wifi
-Laundry room
-Fully stocked kitchen
-Spacious dining room and living room with fireplace and two outdoor decks to hangout with the group
-Nearby state parks for family friendly adventures or leisure activities
-Two lakes in walking distance

Our home is walking or biking distance to two community lakes and a community pool with optional guest membership during your stay. It is a 5 minute drive to Kalahari and 15 minutes to Camelback Mountain & Mount Airy casino where you can enjoy skiing, tubing, waterparks, or live shows, nightlife & gambling, respectively. It is a 10 minute drive to several state parks with hiking, white water rafting, biking & day excursions. There is a Walmart, Aldi, Weis all within a 7 minute drive, with several eateries, and diners closeby.

There are Uber services available, public transportation nearby and Martz bus services travel between NYC and the Mt. Pocono station (5 minutes away by car or taxi).

Please book at least 5 days in advance prior so we can ensure everything is in order for your stay. Bookings under the 5 day threshold are not guaranteed to be approved.

Guests are required to fill out Registration Form for the HOA at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid any fines.
The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
We do not allow parties in the home.
No smoking inside
Any sign of indoor smoking, guest will be charged $500 fine.
No illegal substances are allowed.
No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
No candles or other open flames.
Please turn off AC/Heat/Lights when you go out.
Please take off your shoes when inside the home.
Please separate waste from recyclables in the labeled bins provided in the garage.
Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
