The Emerald Palm is located in the beautiful gated community of Emerald Waters Village and is a 35-minute drive from the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport. This small gated neighborhood sits right off of Scenic Gulf Drive, and is just a 7-minute walk to the private beach!

Two large community swimming pools are located at each end of the Emerald Waters Village neighborhood. Both pools include convenient restroom facilities with showers and a spacious patio with plenty of lounge chairs to relax while soaking up the sun.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is just minutes away from popular gulf-front restaurants and friendly beach bars, including Pompano Joe's, which is just a short walk from The Emerald Palm. Local grocery stores and shopping adventures are also just a short drive from the home.
The property will be accessed through the smartlock on the front door. Guests will be provided a check-in code on the morning of their reservation. This code will be programmed to the home's front door, and will be active throughout your reservation.

After you drive through the gates of Emerald Waters Village, you will be greeted by the 5-bedroom 4-bathroom home with modern beach architecture and a stone driveway.

The home’s tall ceilings and open living concept are on full display from the moment you walk in. The first floor features a beautiful bright living room beside the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a king-sized bed. There is also an ensuite bathroom accompanying the bedroom with a king-sized bed and a stand-alone bathroom for ease of access.

The second story features three bedrooms – the first has a king-sized bed, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the third has 2 twin-sized bunk beds for the kids! The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a private balcony terrace with stairs leading to the pool for optimal relaxation. This floor has two other bathrooms and an office, perform for any work-from-home needs. If you find yourself needing to wash off the sand or run a load of laundry, the home features an outdoor shower and is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Additional outdoor features include a luxurious private pool, dining set, grill, and outdoor fireplace. The gated community also provides more pools and a private beach, just a 7-minute walk from the home! If you are looking for a place to play cornhole or read a book there is a beautifully maintained park just across the street.
