Whether you're looking for summer adventures or world-class winter sports, you'll find it all at this five-bedroom home in Fraser. Enjoy a beautiful back deck overlooking the Fraser River, a private hot tub, and wonderful access to the heart of town.

This riverfront home sits two blocks off Zerex Street, about half a mile from downtown's restaurants, breweries, gear shops, and conveniences. You'll be only a mile north of the Fraser Tubing Hill, six miles north of Winter Park Resort, and 30 miles south of Rocky Mountain National Park.

After a summer day spent hiking, golfing, horseback riding, or exploring Lake Granby and Grand Lake, come home to relax and unwind outside on the back deck. There's a gas grill for evening barbecues, an outdoor table for sunset meals, and a hot tub to keep you warm and toasty as you stargaze.

The two-story interior has been thoughtfully designed, offering a mud room for your gear and an open living space anchored by a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Find stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar in the kitchen, two separate dining tables for family dinners and evening board games, and three leather sofas where you can curl up for movies on cable, DVD, or streaming services.

The five bedrooms include two primary suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), each with its own TV and private bathroom. There's one guest room on the main floor and two guest rooms upstairs. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi round out the in-home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
