The dining area can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. There are additional chairs in the rooms.

The living room is very spacious and has a large sectional. There is a full length mirror and an additional shelving unit for extra storage.

There are three bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in this home.

The first bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, A/C, television, dresser, and a desk. There is also a sliding closet with hangers.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, A/C, television, dresser, and a desk. There is also a sliding closet with hangers.

The third bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin sized bed that pulls out. There is also a desk, television, A/C, and walk-in-closet.

There is one full bathroom. Bathroom essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

In the laundry area, you will find a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry detergent is provided!

There is a very large, spacious, and gated yard and backyard.

There is private driveway for guests to park at.

Early check in and late check out is possible subject to availability.
Early check in: Either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour before 3pm, or half the daily rate up to 11 am.
Late Check Out:There is a fee of either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour or if it is up to 3pm, a fee of 1/2 of the daily rate will apply.

Parties are not allowed. Events and gatherings are sometimes permitted with an additional charge.

Please note that this is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of a $500 cleaning fee.

There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
