This two-bedroom modern suite is completely private. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a full kitchen all to yourself. Private entrance and sliding glass door that opens up to the backyard pool/patio area (which is shared with the rest of the house).
The property itself is made of 3 separate and private units. A two-bedroom suite (this listing), a studio suite (it's beautiful check out that listing too!), and another 2-bedroom suite. All three units share the pool and backyard space. And there's plenty of room for everyone.
Lounge in the backyard and soak up the sun. Or take a short drive to the beach and curl your toes in the sand.
The laundry is shared with the rest of the property and is what separates this unit from the rest of the house.
You'll have access to your completely private two-bedroom suite, and the entire back pool and patio area which is shared with the whole house.

Coral Ridge Isles has beautiful streets for walking and enjoying the variety of yards and vegetation that South Florida has to offer. Several grocery stores are just a few minutes away. Several schools and parks are within walking distance.
You can walk to several stores and restaurants in about 15/20 minutes. Parking will be in the driveway primarily. There's not great street parking generally in south Florida.
You may find that things are being updated all the time around here. We're constantly seeking to improve the look, feel, and guest experience. So you may find a piece of art in your space that wasn't in the photos, or a rug that wasn't pictured initially. You might even find we've painted or done something a bit more bold that wasn't done when the photos were taken. We promise any changes are all efforts to improve your experience (and we think you'll agree).
As with any labor of love, we don't have every last thing updated, yet. So please bear with us as we work our way through all aspects of the property. We're looking forward to updating the kitchen in this unit for example, but for a myriad of reasons, we're making the best of the slightly off-color cabinet, and the tile backsplash that isn't my favorite either. One day it will be but we ask for your grace as we focus on the big-impact items. We want you to really love the space and your experience while you stay with us. Your comfort and enjoyment is our top priority.
Pet Policy: We allow dogs on a case-by-case basis, though we don't allow cats.
Guests: To ensure there is enough space for all paying guests and due to liability all guests on the property need to be included in your reservation
House Rules:
*ABSOLUTELY NO WIPES OR HYGIENE PRODUCTS IN THE TOILET. $500 MINIMUM FINE FOR PLUMBING PROBLEMS.
*Smoking and vaping of anything outside only.
*Pets are allowed with an additional fee per pet (dogs only - no cats).
*No parties/events (zero tolerance). Only approved gatherings are permitted. Unapproved parties are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation, no questions asked or notice required. This is your notice.
*All guests on the property must be included on the reservation (no guests outside the reservation due to liability). Additional guests invited onto the property will be subject to an additional guest fee of $15 per day for day use or $25 per night for overnight guests. You may not be notified in advance. If we observe additional guests on the property you will be charged for those guests immediately.
*Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for your neighbors on the property and our bordering neighbors/neighborhood. (The pool is open 24/7, but you must keep the noise down during the quiet hours)
*No Noise complaints. Complaints reported by neighbors or police will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. We ask you to be conscious of our neighbors and community of working-class households. Our neighbors are all great and very understanding so please help us keep them that way.
*No glass in or on the outdoor pool/patio area. $500 pool cleaning fee for broken glass in the pool, or any other pool cleaning that requires extensive cleaning or draining/filling of the pool or resetting pool chemical balances.
*Please wash all dishes or put dishes in the dishwasher before checking out.
*Please remove all perishable food items prior to check-out and take out the trash.
*No tampering with or changing any of the settings on the pool equipment. Including the temperature of the pool. $100 fee per day if the temperature is changed (and yes we can remotely verify/monitor this) + $75 for breaking house rules.
*Fort Lauderdale recycles! Help us help the environment by doing your part to recycle. Recycling goes in the blue bin. Trash goes in the black bins. The green bin is for yard debris only. Thanks!
*Please be considerate of your neighbors on the property. The pool and back patio are shared spaces and we want all to feel welcome to enjoy them. Say hello, help make space for everyone, and clean up after yourself and your group (please don't leave towels, swimsuits, garbage, etc after you use the pool), put patio furniture back where it was, and help us keep things looking great for everyone.
*Do not use white towels for cleaning up messes. Use paper towels, or the mop in the laundry room. Any stained or soiled towels will be billed to your deposit. Please use grey washcloths or make-up towelettes to clean off makeup, again, please do not use white towels for clean-up.
*Violations of house rules will result in a $75 fee for breaking the house rule in addition to any other fee that might be assessed. This is your notice/warning that this fee will be assessed.
**Violations of house rules are also grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Please ask for permission prior, we are much more accommodating when asked up front than if we find out during or after.
It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
