This Villa is perfect for families and groups alike to get out of the city and enjoy desert acreage vacation. Relax and enjoy the tropics, serenity of the nature or turn it up inside in spacious gameroom, with plenty of indoors amenities to enjoy. Large pool and spa is heated in the cooler season and have epic nature and serene star views.
The space
This home is stylish with neutral decor and yet has a relaxing and cozy feel with a touch of gram.
KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. It is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa are heated in the winter months. BBQ island and bar seating for those wishing to be in shaded area slightly away from pool area but still in the visual of it. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and chairs surrounding the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
Please note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday.
GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features board games, arcade and indoor basketball game in the garage. Outdoor fun is completed with cornhole and horseshoe game.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 5 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 2.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the s, smart TVs located throughout house, in living room and both primary bedrooms. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 / 1 King+2 futons
Bedroom 2 / Queen+ air mattress
Bedroom 3 / 1 King+ futon
Bedroom 4/ 2 Queen+ air mattress
Bedroom 5/ 1 Trundle bed of 2 twins + air mattress
We have 3 queen air mattress as per above, they are available upon request, prior to check-in. Trundle bed is double and 3 futons as per listing settings, please note, airbnb does not have a setting/filter for futon, the closest description is sofa bed, that is what we selected in the settings.
PARKING:
There is plenty of parking as there is driveway parking and the lot next door, which is fenced and have an extra large double RV garage.


EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: 
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out


CHECKOUT DUTIES: 
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.


CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: 
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.
