The private backyard has a patio with beautiful, lush landscaping, bamboo, and an outdoor shower. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to handle any of your home-cooking needs. Essential stainless steel appliances, a six-burner stovetop, and ample granite countertops allow you to prepare mouth-watering meals of various sizes. Savor breakfast around the kitchen island, gather everyone around the large 10-person dining table on the porch, or crabs on the outside picnic table at the home's rear.
Make a day out of lounging next to the ocean, boogie boarding, or combing the beach for seashells. Rent bikes at one of many bike rental shops to cruise the famous boardwalk. LOCATION: Nestled in quiet South Rehoboth, this beautiful home offers the best of all worlds at the beach. It's on a quiet street away from the fun and chaos downtown, just 2.5 blocks from our famous Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk and 2.5 blocks to all the action on Rehoboth Avenue. A quick walk gets you everywhere in town, Rehoboth.
PARKING: Private driveway to accommodate three cars.
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, two additional sitting rooms, lovely porch, gas grill, and rear patio. Electronic keypad for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests. No pets and no smoking. A small dog has been on the property (the owner's dog), but this home is not pet-friendly. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
