Come on down to Colorado and experience the snowy wonderland that is Fraser! What better way to celebrate a vacation than to swing by Winter Park Adventure Quest, where there are tons of rope courses and rock climbing fun to be had! Be sure to bring your tubes so you and your family can slide down the famed Fraser Tubed Hill during the winter. There are plenty of strikingly gorgeous trails for you to hike on if you're up for it as well.

Take a load off on the couch and look out through the window at your own personal panoramic view of the entire valley, from the snowcapped mountains right down to the houses below, straight from the comfort of your home. Breathe in the brisk air of the day by stepping outside to the deck. If it gets too cold, you can come on inside, close the blinds, and turn on the gas fireplace using the electric thermostat right next to it to set the perfect temperature to warm up. You will also be given your very own washer/dryer in case you need to tidy up your clothing. Within the living space, you'll discover an abundance of board games at your convenience for some late-night fun! This humble abode will be sure to provide you with the ultimate getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
