A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work if you need to stay connected. Invigorate yourself in the oversized walk-in shower at the start of the day to ensure you're ready for ocean-side fun. For convenience, a sofa bed is provided to ensure everyone has enough room.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
