NO PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or within 10 feet of any exterior door. Smoking is allowed outdoors in Back yard. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 10:00 PM via smartlock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival)
