After you warm your tired body, nourish yourself by preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill.

When the weather is warmer, the south facing balcony is the perfect spot to sip on morning coffee or evening cocktails while you listen to the rippling creek in the background. This place is truly special, and you'll want to come back every year to stay!

The Vail bus stop is only 250 feet from your front door. Once you make your way to the stop and hop on the bus, it'll only take you a short 20 minutes to ride to downtown Vail.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
