We've provided some great reading material that will get you up to speed on everything San Antonio. Have fun in the spacious living room playing cards or one of the many family and adult games.

The bedrooms features comfortable beds and pillows, fresh linen, choices for lighting. There are two full bathrooms that come with clean white towels, toiletries, and rainfall showers.

If cooking is your thing and you plan to dine-in then you'll enjoy the appliances, cookware, spices and oversized island with bar stools for great conversation in an open space.

A laundry room off the kitchen is stocked with all you need to go home with a suitcase of clean clothes and cabinet space if you're staying for a bit and want to stock up on food at HEB (we are partial :)

The front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The backyard is fenced and has a gazebo with a fire pit and seating along with a cool "IG/Selfie Wall." Keep in mind the backyard is not a designer's dream but offers an opportunity for outdoor enjoyment.

The Smart TV's are all HD and come equipped with Netflix, HULU, Prime Video and more. Enjoy the high-speed WIFI.

Modstyle @ Dreiss is located in the Denver Heights neighborhood on the east side of San Antonio. Denver Heights is home to about 50 historic landmarks. The neighborhood is a diverse community experiencing revitalization. Walking around the neighborhood, you’ll see new. modern homes being built next to historic homes that were built over 100 years ago; like our 111 year old home.

Among the neighborhood's eccentricities are a couple of roosters. We do provide ear plugs in case crowing is not part of your morning routine. You are within walking distance to the Alamode, the Riverwalk and the Alamo. In fact you can look out the front windows and see the Tower of Americas. Denver Heights is a short driving distance to the Pearl District, the Alamo Quarry Market and the Airport

We recommend having a car to explore San Antonio. Our home allows up to 4 parking spaces for guests as well as street parking.
No smoking in this home. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and an additional $500 fee will be assessed for 'de-smoking' the home.

We have security cameras that continuously monitor only the outside of the property. There is one camera located on the front porch that monitors the front of the home. There is one camera on the back door that monitors the backyard. There is a video doorbell on the front porch.
