The space is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends. The primary and guest bedrooms each sleep two, and then you can comfortably fit four people/big kids in the third bedroom/bunk room, which has a Queen bed and 2 XL-twins. There are two additional single futons in the living room (grey, shown in photos) which can work for smaller kids.
