This incredible property is a wonderful choice for any travel occasion. This property is approximately 25 - 27 mins (12.7 Miles) away from St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport and about 40 - 45 mins ( 20 miles) away from Tampa International Airport. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood so you can have a relaxing time but is also within a quick 15-20 minute away ride to beaches, shopping centers, parks, golf courses, and other attractions like the Clearwater Marine Aquarium! Make wonderful memories with loved ones and enjoy the amazing areas this place has to offer!

Cozy rental
Clean, comfortable rental close to downtown Dunedin, you could actually walk. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Communication with the renter was outstanding, someone was always a text message away. We experienced no issues during our stay, but if we had, it would have been taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Well managed & comfy
Nicely remodeled & clean apartment functioned well and was convenient to fun locations. The busy street with intersection added noise and made exit challenging. Managers communicated promptly. Security lights in back created sleep challenges. Overall, a nice stay.

Great little place in a great location!
This apartment is perfect for a couple, 2 adults, or a small family. Because there is not a large common space inside, larger groups would feel cramped unless they spent most of their time outdoors. It was great for us. An outdoor common space is available, but we didn't use it due to the weather when we visited (late December, in a cold snap). Scrupulously clean, comfortable beds, and very well appointed! No complaints. The location is ideal. There are many outdoor opportunities available nearby (biking, shopping, beach activities), and Dunedin is a great little town. We stayed a week, to catch the full moon winter sea shelling in Honeymoon State Park (excellent, btw). Management is truly superior. So responsive and nice! We will definitely be back!
