Welcome to your Sunshine Stay! You'll love all of the special touches and offerings throughout from a fully stocked kitchen, game and book collection to a cozy outdoor space complete with ambient lighting and firepit. This newly renovated 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome has everything you need to enjoy a stress free stay. Our split floor plan is perfect for 2 families or a set of friends to enjoy their own space.

**First Floor**
Walk through the bright coral door to the first floor which features a washer/dryer room, storage space for beach essentials (provided by us of course) and a large bedroom with a Queen & Twin bed with full en suite bathroom. Walk out to the patio and enjoy your morning coffee without even going upstairs (yep! a mini coffee station is on the first floor- we know, we like our coffee asap too!).

**Second Floor**
Upstairs you will find an open, light filled living, dining and kitchen space. You will love our collection of books and games ready for your quiet (or, depending on the game, rowdy) enjoyment. The half bath upstairs allows guests to not have to keep their en suite bathrooms tidy (Hey, you’re on vacation!). And, even though we don’t recommend working on vacation, we do understand it might be necessary, that’s why we’ve provided two lap desks in the living room and a workspace in the primary bedroom. Speaking of the master suite, the King bed will welcome you in for a great night’s sleep. You'll also enjoy a comfy reading nook and a full en suite bathroom.

Now, a “must-have” for us when traveling is outdoor space so we hope you utilize our little piece of paradise accessible from the top and bottom floors. Plug in the overhanging lights, grab a seat, light a fire and get some tunes playing. May all your worries be left behind here. We look forward to hosting you.

*Beds accommodate 5 adults, you are welcome to bring additional little ones (with prior approval via messenger) who may sleep in a pack n play (available upon request) or with you!*

Hey Fido!
We welcome you too (and hey, bring a friend*!) – enjoy lounging around in the fully fenced backyard, maybe chasing a lizard or two. We supply doggie bags so be sure your mom/dad clean up after you. We would prefer if you sleep on the floor or designated pet bed but if you insist on lounging on the furniture (we know, it's comfy up there!) Please ask your mom/dad to lay out the provided pet blanket/covering. Thanks friend!
*Two dogs max as the space only allows for that with the your humans. NO CATS or other animals allowed.

*foot hose for rinsing sand at front (no one likes a sandy floor)
* beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels are provided. Oh and a beach cart of course!
*2 beach cruisers (waiver must be signed to use) provided for use upon request.
*Pack n play (with bassinet option) and high chair available upon request
* Hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash provided for short term stays.
*Keurig and a selection of K-cups and tea are provided both down and upstairs.
