The living room has a beautiful couch sectional that is also a queen sleeper couch.

Beautiful backyard with a lawn, pool, mountain views, and lots of comfortable places to relax, reconnect, and recharge, or play - individually or collectively. It is a large spacious well-appointed home with open and flowing spaces making it easy to accommodate the needs of a large group of up to 10 people (County ordinance maximum). The Temecula Valley and surrounding area have a multitude of places to explore ranging from visiting its famous “Old Town” to hot air balloon rides that showcase the many beautiful wineries of this area. Temecula Wine Country is conveniently located between Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego - making it a day trip to their many world-class attractions such as Disneyland, Sea World, and the beautiful beaches to name a few & is located just minutes from 35+ wineries, Pechanga Casino, live entertainment, and award-winning golf courses.


THINGS TO KNOW
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-No smoking on the property. No exceptions (this is inside and outside the property)
-Due to the rural and dry surrounding landscape, no open flame is allowed on premises (No outdoor fires of any kind)
-Guests may not charge their electric vehicle at this house. A violation will result in fines to the guests.
-This house is equipped with air conditioning at no extra charge.
-The pool is not heated. The pool is 3.5 feet in depth.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting
- Quiet hours start at 10 pm and are very strictly enforced.
