Decks on either side of the home boast beautiful ocean and Intracoastal views, respectively. You can walk right onto the golden sands of North Topsail straight from the complex, and anglers will appreciate convenient nearby access to Seaview Fishing Pier. Golfers in the group can tee it up at the beautiful, North Shore Golf Course, just three miles inland.

The uppermost level is primed for comfortable group living. The private hot tub adds an extra touch of luxury along with the unbeatable views. Plush sofas and an oversized armchair set the stage for indoor comfort, with a TV and board games provided for family-friendly home entertainment. The gorgeous island kitchen comes well-equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need for planning home-cooked meals with ease. There's even a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Dedicated bedroom spaces on the first and second floors provide plenty of privacy and separation from the household living area. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
