The Space:
Welcome to our stunningly designed and recently renovated home in the idyllic neighborhood of Bonita Springs, FL!

*WE ARE A 3-5 MINUTE DRIVE TO BAREFOOT BEACH AND BONITA BEACH ACCESS #1. Both are open! If you're look for variety, take a short 10-minute drive to the Vanderbilt beach. We are on the Naples / Bonita Springs Line so you can explore both areas*

Our home offers the ultimate in comfort and style. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming living area with a smart TV, a spacious kitchen with all the appliances you'll need, and two cozy bedrooms - one with a plush queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also ample clothing storage so you can unpack and make yourself at home.

Step outside onto the large private lanai and enjoy outdoor dining with comfortable seating. The property also boasts a communal pool and spa, which is shared with only one other dwelling and is always impeccably maintained.

In addition to these luxurious amenities, our home is just a short distance from a wide variety of entertainment, dining, shopping, and more.

Guest Access:
The Cottage is a private 2 bedroom. You will have this all to yourself and share the expansive yard and semi-private pool and spa with the attached dwelling.

Surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, the area is renowned for its natural vibe and relaxing atmosphere. This convenient location offers easy access to a wide range of local amenities, including restaurants, recreational facilities, and shopping centers. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active lifestyle, this welcoming community is the perfect place to call home on your next vacation.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are responsible for refilling the propane if they wish to use the grill. There is a gas station and a Home Depot within about 5 minutes of the house.
Guest as also responisble for taking their trash to the curb on trash day.
