You will have an entire condo space without sharing any interior space. There is a shared patio outdoor eating space to the rear of the building that is shared with 5 condo units.
Other things to note
This unit does not have dedicated off street parking. There is ample free on street parking all around our building. Parking is located directly in front of the property. Easy downtown location with or without a car. Please see our reviews!
Please note that the bathroom in this unit is accessed through the bedroom area.
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
