1. We love children however the property is not appropriate for children under 12 because of potential safety hazards and inadequate child-proofing.
2. The house is suitable for 4 guests max who sleep only in the 2 beds. Please do not sleep on the sofa.
3. The house has quite a few steep stairs that lead to the front door (pictured) as well as in the backyard area. It therefore may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
4. Additionally, the owners are extremely allergic to animals and therefore no pets are allowed at the property.
