Take a hike on Jeff Friend Trail and enjoy the scenery of nature around you, then head on down to the Alabama Aquarium and bask in the beauty of the aquatic life. Your private golf cart allows you to explore nearby surroundings with ease. And don't forget your furry companions - a dog-friendly, private neighborhood beach is a only short stroll away.

Return after a fun-filled day out and step in through the front door to find a series of incredibly comfortable furnishings in the spacious living area where you can kick up your feet with your friends. Connected to the living area just a few steps away lies the full kitchen where you can cook up a delectable breakfast for you and your guests should you get hungry. Sit out on the patio with a loved one and a nice cup of warm coffee and gaze out at the view of the trees nearby as they sway in the wind. Take a deep breath and step back inside as evening falls and gather around the table to play a couple of games of Texas Hold 'Em with some good drinks and even better company. Call it a night and slip under the bed covers for a good night's rest. A separate studio on the ground-level floor with a kitchenette and bathroom provides additional sleeping arrangements.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
