The Space:
Let us introduce you to the fabulous Bella Vida Resort – a swanky, gated community with luxury villas that practically scream, "Welcome to your dream vacation!" This place is like a tropical paradise, and it's just a stone's throw away from all the cool stuff Orlando has to offer.

Picture this: as you roll up to Bella Vida, a jaw-dropping 25-foot waterfall says, "Hello, fabulous!" Seriously, it's the kind of entrance that makes your insta-followers green with envy. And right past that, you'll find the Italian-inspired Clubhouse.

Now, the Clubhouse? It's not your grandma's clubhouse – this thing is massive, like, over 6,700 sq ft of pure awesomeness. The ground level of the home features three spacious bedrooms; the first has a King sized bed and sparkling ensuite bathroom. The second, has af full sized bed, and also has an ensuite bathroom. The third has a full sized bed. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the second level of the home. Upstairs you'll find another King bedroom with ensuite, two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and three more Queen bedrooms without. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds upstairs. We've got smart TVs in every bedroom - with high speed internet access of course, so you can stay connected throughout your entire vacation.

You'll also find a second TV lounge space up on the second level of the home. It comes with a big screen tv, and plenty of comfy plush seating. There's also a dedicated workstation in this space.

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's an absolute masterpiece! You'll find top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. It features not only one, but TWO full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and TWO large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up! Guest Access:
Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking).

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

Resort Access:
• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
