Fantastic Property. Great Location. Relaxing
My entire extended family came out for 9 days to this beautiful property. 3 from New York. 2 from Florida. the remaining 3 from L.A.
The first comment I heard from the boys from NY was "WOW! I thought this was going to be a tiny room somewhere! This is HUGE!" Obviously that made me feel like I'd made the right choice.
There is plenty of space for being together, but also enough space to "get away" from the party.
Also, the internet speed is VERY FAST which was important with all the early 20-somethings in the house constantly on their phones. But I can see how you could actually get some work done if you wanted a quick getaway.
LOTS of things to do and eat within walking distance. We enough enough cars to go places, but we rarely had to use them. The beach and the adjacent park is an easy 5 minute walk. It has a playground and a dog wash. Very nice.
Elle, the property manager, always responded to my texts immediately making it easy to get settled in and to handle any potential issues (of which there weren't any)
If I'm being picky, there were two slight "issues":
1. The elevator from the parking lot is only reserved for those visitors with disabilities, but we easily unpacked on the alleyway next to the house.
2. The house is VERY close to both the freeway and the train tracks, so the outdoor space was rather noisy even though the view was amazing.
Needless to say we all had a GREAT time and loved our stay!
