In the summer months, guests can relax at one of two member-only pools, both within walking distance. Bogus Basin, Idaho's premier ski resort, boasts attractions year-round, and is only 23 miles away. Downtown Boise's vibrant food, shopping, and nightlife scene is about four miles away.

Relax outside on your covered front porch or host a family barbecue with the gas grill on the private back patio, dotted with string lights. This expansive oasis offers additional space for living and dining, and also includes a gas firepit - perfect for making s'mores and memories alike. Inside, the open living space features abundant natural light, hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and modern fixtures. Whip up mealtime masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a double oven and wine fridge - and lots of granite countertop workspace. Serve up your culinary creations at the window-front dining table, then head out to explore. Hop on your bike and head to the Boise River Greenbelt, or spend time enjoying nearby attractions like the Idaho Botanical Garden and the many surrounding hiking trails.

When you return, cuddle up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace if it’s chilly outside or bask in the central AC if it’s warm. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh, then stream the latest release from the comfort of the leather sectional. Two more TVs plus free WiFi and board games offer more entertainment options. A private office also offers the opportunity to stay connected and be productive. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
