A dedicated office desk and a chair are provided for those who may need to get some work done during their stay.

When you’re ready to call it a night, each of the 3 bedrooms offers a comfortable king-size bed, along with plush comforters and sheets, which assure you a plentiful space and a restful sleep.

Parking is a breeze - two cars can park on the driveway, and there is also plenty of easy parking directly in front of the house on the street. The large single-car garage is also available if you prefer to park in it or use it as a space to store your gear such as surfboards and bikes.

This neighborhood of neat single-family homes is great for walking and bike riding, with access to the Paradise Hills Recreation Center, Skate Park, and Native Plant Garden - all just a 6-minute walk away. It is also a quick 10-minute drive to the Navy base in National City, and Downtown San Diego, Petco Park, San Diego Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Sea World, and the International Airport are all within a 20-minutes drive. When you are in the mood for visiting a beach, Coronado and Imperial Beach are also only 20 minutes away.
