There is a fully open and spacious living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools for 2, and on the terrace there is an outdoor dining table for 6 to enjoy your meals with the refreshing sound of the ocean breeze.

In the living room, the l-shaped sofa and the huge tv will make your movie nights a delight, a perfect spot to get together. The kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and kitchenware that a modern house requires to make you feel at home. French doors open to the huge terrace where contemporary outdoor rattan furniture awaits for you to relax and disconnect while overlooking the beautiful landscape.

When it comes to rest, we got you covered! There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two single beds that can be joined into a perfect king bed upon request. Both of them have top-of-the-line mattresses, and linens so you can wake up fully reset thanks to the blackout curtains as well, not to mention the huge closets. The bathrooms are en-suite and minimalistic and convenient with double vanities. There is an extra hall bath for your convenience as well.

The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

This unit can be combined with the one next door to create a 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom oasis for up to 8 people. And before you head out, grab the flat’s beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler available for your use. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as pepper, salt, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap which are all included.

The parking service is for free, the town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.

Don't miss the Beach Club with pools, jacuzzi, gym, and restaurant service for $16 per person as an access fee, ask at the restaurant. A 5-minute walk will put you on hiking, running, and mountain biking trails. Bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, SUP boards, boogie boards, and fishing gear can be rented on the beach.

Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.
