LIVING ROOM/BAR
Don't feel like relaxing outside today? Come indoors and enjoy the gorgeous dry bar with 2 built in wine/can coolers and finished butcher block counter top. Blender, bar utensils, electric wine opener, and cabinets with drinking glasses all sit atop of the bar to make all your drinks!

The bar sits within the living room which is equipped with an 85" smart TV, brand new couches, backed by a cedar shaker and wainscoting custom wall. The main couch pulls out into a memory foam queen sized sleeper sofa.

DINING ROOM
The dining room boasts a rattan table with 6 chairs and custom nautical chart wallpaper centered around Indian Shores.

KITCHEN
Inside the kitchen you will find brand new cabinets with nautical rope pulls that go to the ceiling, new stainless steel LG appliances, and a custom cedar wood hood (this is faux) over the stove. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and anything you would need or want in a kitchen for you and your guests right down to the crock pot and toaster!

BATHROOM
The Spa-like shower has dual shower heads, high-end tile and a frameless glass enclosure with all new vanity, toilet, and stocked for your needs.

MASTER BEDROOM
Amazing view of the water straight out your window! The master bedroom features a brand new memory foam mattress that sits on top of an adjustable bed frame with attached remote. Get as comfy as you want with your adjustments, like you are in your own home bed! There is also a nightstand, dresser, luggage stand, and plenty of space for all your belongings! Oh wait, did we mention - wallpapered ceilings?! Close the blackout curtains, adjust your bed, lay down and take a look at the seashells on the ceiling or turn on the brand new 55" TV in the room as well.

The master bedroom closet houses beach accessories that we have left for our guests - 2 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach cooler on wheels.

GUEST BEDROOM
This room also has a direct line of sight to the water from the windows! Similar to the master bedroom this room features a brand new memory foam mattress that sits on top of an adjustable bed frame with attached remote. There is also a nightstand, dresser, luggage stand, and plenty of space for all your belongings! This room also has wallpapered ceilings. Close the blackout curtains, adjust your bed, lay down and take a look at the seashells on the ceiling or turn on the brand new 55" TV in the room as well.

DEN/EXTRA ROOM
The oversized den comes fully loaded including the soothing effect of the custom jellyfish wallpaper. There is a full coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker and accessories. Make your coffee and have a sit with a family member or friend in the rattan dinette set while you wake up. The gorgeous brown sofa folds down into a queen sized memory foam bed. This area also includes a working space. Unfortunately many times those emails still have to be checked so we have included a perfectly sized writing desk and chair with lighting to open up that laptop and get work done!

HALL CLOSET
We have equipped a small closet with all of your cleaning supplies, a vacuum, mop and bucket, and broom

PATIO
Prepared to be the star of Barefoot Beach Resort? Welcome to the largest patio in the complex and its right on the water! The patio comes with a large resin dining table that seats 6 with an oversized umbrella over it for comfortable eating. Next to the table sits a moveable stand up cooler to fill with ice and drinks. There is a custom built wooden cedar outdoor bar (also on wheels) to be able to mix and enjoy your drinks while hanging out on the patio. You can also relax and unwind in the 2 resin full sized loungers with a drink table in between. Want to come out at night? Enjoy the tiki torches around the patio that give a serene ambience with the sounds of the water by you.
