The Space: Welcome to “The Feather” a bright and cheerful space in the heart of downtown Charleston, just a short three block walk from King Street and close to all the most popular attractions. The Feather is located above a specialty coffeehouse, Bad Bunnies!

Step inside and enjoy the sunny, open living, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to prepare a full meal, or just grab a coffee before heading out for the day. The inviting living area features a mid-century modern aesthetic and is perfect for having a few friends over for happy hour, or for catching up on your favorite shows on the 50” Smart TV. The space is completed with a dining table for two. This one bedroom, one bathroom home is perfect for your next getaway. Please note that this is the downstairs unit only. It features a king bed, a walk-in shower, and it has a washer and dryer on site so you can keep your clothes clean during your stay. We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Summer Cabana Pricing (April 1 - September 30)
* $300 food and beverage minimum Monday - Thursday

* $1000 food and beverage minimum Saturdays & Sundays
