*No loud noises please to respect the nice neighbors and preserve the serene forest setting, "quiet time" is 9:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m.
*No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The property capacity is 4-6 people. With host approval, maximum occupancy of up to 6 overnight guests. Note property has 1 full bathroom.
*Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
*No commercial photography/filming without host authorization and advance approval.
*No smoking/vaping or open flames inside the cottage.
*No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
*Removal of ANY personal property (THEFT) including towels, bedding, kitchenwares, furnishings of any type and ANY form of excessive wear and tear (DAMAGES) are will be reported and legally pursued to the fullest extent.
*PLUMBING/SEPTIC SYSTEM (Kitchen & Bathroom Sinks, Toilet): ONLY toilet paper can be flushed. DO NOT FLUSH: Feminine hygiene products of any type, Q-tips, paper towels, cotton balls, wipes (including "flushable" wipes), etc. Do not discard of food products, coffee grounds, oils, lotions, etc in toilet or sinks. Trash receptacles are provided. The guest will be held responsible and charged for any plumbing related issues that occur during or immediately after their stay.
*Do not access bins and storage areas for housekeeping staff/property owner only. As part of set up procedures, a full photographic and hand count of inventory and furnishings has been conducted by housekeeping team.
*Please enjoy your meals in the designated eating areas only (dining table/banquette and outside table/chairs on deck). No eating or drinking in bedrooms please.
*Please do not rearrange the furniture.
*Please promptly report any issues/concerns upon entry so that any matters can be resolved promptly by the host and service partners.
*Promptly report any damages to guest contact.
*YOUR SAFETY MATTERS: Due to the configuration of the bunk room railing and staircase access, deck drop off, and steep slope terrain, this property may not be suitable/safe for children under 12 years of age. The home is not "child-proof". Minors must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
*SECURITY: This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1. Arlo doorbell camera located next to the front door facing the front entry area. 2. Camera located on the front of the property facing the upper parking area and driveway. 3. Camera located on the side of the property facing the utility slope. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. For your safety and security, these cameras will be on. Cameras record sound and video when activated by motion.
*Violations will impose additional cleaning fees, item replacement, VRBO report of misconduct, guest reviews, and legal action.
*Travel insurance is recommended: Due to the potential of inclement weather, especially winter months, snow, ice, may render the property unreachable. Secondary/private roads are not maintained. We highly encourage guests to secure traveler insurance. We follow the VRBO established cancellation policy.
