Welcome to "Water Fall Views" A newly renovated and beautifully decorated condo with a Tropical decor. New Memory Foam King Bed, and New Sofa Sleeper, Large balcony overlooking the Pool with Tropical and Waterfall Views. Largest Lagoon Pool in Destin. We absolutely love the amenities at the Palms of Destin w/ something to do for all ages, with 2 resort pools, including the largest lagoon Style zero entry pool, a kiddie pool area, & splash pad, on site restaurant & Bar, tennis. And Free Beach shuttle to take you across the street, or to harbor walk or Destin Commons for shopping.
The Palms has it all!! The Palms of Destin boasts premier amenities. There is a 1-time resort fee that includes 6 wristbands, 2 parking passes and access to all our amenities.

A full fitness center, Tennis and basketball courts on-site, Children's play area, Covered parking garage with provided pass, Shuttle, Security is on site, State-of-the-art fitness center, Children's playground, Two lighted tennis courts Full-size basketball court, Free shuttle across the street to the beaches, and shopping and points of interest. Nightly Resort Fee:
We know not all reservations are the same, so we collect this fee separately prior to your arrival. I will email you the resort Amenities fee invoice separate from the booking Platform. You will be able to pay online, while keeping your CC information private and Secure. The fee is $30 per night, for your reservation.

Spring Break trip
Exactly as advertised. The host was super fast responsive. Site was clean and well taken care of. It was also a great location. Highly recommend.

Wanted to try somewhere different this year and this place was nice and convenient. Only downside is being across the street from the beach. Pool is beautiful and good was great

Wonderful home to stay in!
Joe and Laura have done an amazing job with the upkeep of this home (thank you both!!). Standards on cleanliness were high and choice of furniture to decorate the home was outstanding. They provided pretty much everything we were needing from starter packs for laundry and dishwasher, soap, shampoo, razor, towels, spare blankets, paper towels, kitchen utensils and dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and more. All the beds were very comfortable. There are 3 tv’s in this unit. The check in/out process was also very easy to follow as they provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and departure. My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and loved every minute of it. There is quick access to the pool, both heated and non heated, the beach is a short walk across the street (and you can drive there as well with plenty of free parking- beach chairs were available in the home for use), several great options for seafood and tons of ice cream shops for the kids to enjoy all within the area. The outlet mall is also a 10 minute drive away. If you do plan on staying in this beautiful condo, I’d suggest you bring your own beach towels or you could go to WalMart across the street and purchase them there. We hope to be back again and will definitely use Joe and Laura’s services in future.

A refreshing getaway!
What a wonderful and refreshing getaway, we were able to experience at this rental! Everything was pretty much just as the condo manager said it would be, the only differences that were important to us were that there were beach chairs available in the master closet, which was a pleasant surprise! A big bonus was the balcony furniture that was so comfortable and a small table for us to set our breakfast up on in the early mornings before our children woke up. The beautiful sunshine would hit the balcony around 8 AM and we would spend an hour or two enjoying the sunshine during our slow start to the morning. There was plenty of room for our family of four children and two adults. The only suggestion I would make is for there to be kid friendly plates available to use, of course we brought paper plates, but a kid friendly option for dinnerware would have been great! The condo was very clean, and we really appreciated that there was a broom and vacuum available for us to use regularly; some rental properties don’t even leave you that! The resort facility was beautiful, very well taken care of, and even though the kiddie pool and splash pad were not up and running (probably very typical for February!), and the lagoon was quite chilly as they had just filled it, we thoroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the large, hot tub! We ventured to the beach, of course, which is always fantastic in Destin! The shuttle service was great. We would love to return in the future!
