Welcome to Melbourne 2-Bedroom basement suite. Our is situated on Melbourne Avenue North Vancouver. North Vancouver is a desirable place to live due to its proximity to outdoor recreational activities. The region offers numerous parks, hiking trails, and ski resorts. The Space:
This 2-bedroom basement suite comes queen size bed each room for a comfortable sleep. The unit has 1 bathroom and shower. The living room has a double size sofa bed which can be used as additional bed.

A tower fan is available and provided for guest's use.

Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the whole suite

Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house which is only valid during your stay.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil for your convenience.

3.Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
